Fire Risk Assessments

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires all businesses to complete a Fire Risk Assessment of their workplace.
Our experienced Fire Risk Assessors are ideally placed to survey your premises and provide you with a detailed report including an action plan to achieve compliance.

STEP 1

Identify the fire risk hazards.

STEP 2

Identify the people at risk.

STEP 3

Evaluate, you need to remove, replace or reduce the risk.

STEP 4

Record your findings, inform, instruct and train.

STEP 5

Review at least annually, after any fire incident, accident or near miss.

If you have 5 or more employees you are required by law to keep a copy of your Fire Risk Assessment on the premises. The risk assessment should be reviewed at least annually.
